Product Description

The Fl·esports CMK99 is a 99-key mechanical keyboard designed for users who want flexible connectivity and easy switch customization. It suits hobbyists who frequently swap switches, and users needing wireless options alongside wired use. Its multi-mode connection and hot-swappable sockets make it versatile for both desktop and mobile setups.

Key Features

Supports wired USB Type-C, wireless 2.4GHz, and Bluetooth connections, allowing seamless switching between devices or use cases.
Hot-swappable sockets compatible with both 3-pin and 5-pin switches enable quick switch changes without soldering.
Multi-color RGB backlighting with pre-built effects offers visual customization and a dedicated toggle key for convenience.
Extended battery life supports up to 300 hours without lighting, suitable for long wireless sessions.

Build Quality

Dual-tone injection-molded PBT keycaps provide durability and a textured feel that resists shine over time.
Metallic back plate adds structural rigidity and weight for stability during typing.
Double-layer silicone padding inside the case reduces hollow sounds and softens keystroke acoustics.

Typing Experience

Equipped with premium TTC mechanical switches including the latest TTC Tiger RGB, offering varied tactile and linear options.
Factory pre-lubed stabilizers improve keypress smoothness and reduce rattle on larger keys.
The internal double-padded design contributes to quieter, more comfortable typing.

Connectivity

Three connection modes allow users to switch between wired and wireless depending on their environment or device.
2.4GHz receiver is stored within the keyboard, reducing the risk of loss and simplifying transport.
ARM Cortex M4 processor supports stable wireless performance with lower signal delay.

Trade-offs

The 99-key layout lacks a dedicated numpad, which may be less ideal for users needing full-size keyboards for numeric input.
Battery life with RGB lighting active is limited to about 16 hours, requiring more frequent charging if lighting is used extensively.
Software or firmware customization details are unknown, which may limit advanced key remapping or macro options.
