Hello! I'm Patrick Hallek, the sole developer behind KeebFinder. As a professional software engineer, I spend a lot of time at my keyboard, and it was through r/MechanicalKeyboards subreddit that I found myself diving deep into the rabbit hole of mechanical keyboards. The more I learned, the more I realized how overwhelming it could be for newcomers to navigate the myriad of vendors and specifications.
KeebFinder was born out of this need for simplicity. As a beginner, I created a script to quickly categorize products from different vendors. What started as a personal project soon caught the attention of fellow enthusiasts on Reddit. Encouraged by their interest, I developed a simple website and have been iteratively improving it ever since. Here you can take a look at the very first version of KeebFinder:
I build a website for filtering, searching and sorting (prebuild) keyboards to fit your needs with side by side comparison!
