Sensor & Tracking

This mouse uses the PixArt PAW3950 sensor, offering DPI adjustable from 400 to 5,000. The 8K polling rate in wired and 2.4 GHz wireless modes supports responsive tracking, with latency as low as 0.41ms in wired and 2.4 GHz connections. Adjustable lift-off distance helps reduce unwanted cursor movement when repositioning the mouse. It tracks reliably on glass mousepads, expanding surface compatibility.

Connectivity

The G3 3950 supports three connection methods: wired via USB-C, Bluetooth 5.3, and 2.4 GHz wireless. This flexibility allows seamless switching between devices or usage scenarios. Wired and 2.4 GHz modes offer lower latency, while Bluetooth provides convenience at the cost of slightly higher input delay. The included USB-A receiver and adapters facilitate compatibility with various setups.

Build Quality & Design

Weighing 44 grams, this mouse is very light, which benefits quick movements but may feel less substantial for some users. Two editions differ in materials: the Black edition features a carbon fiber top with patterned carvings, while the Frosted Grey has a PC top shell. Both use ABS bottoms.
