What makes the XVX M75 Lumina Topographic Themed different from a standard keyboard?

It pairs a compact 75% layout with a topographic-inspired look, illuminated keycaps and switches, and a rotary knob. The result is a space-conscious keyboard with a distinctive visual style and practical controls.

How many keys does the M75 Lumina have, and what does 75% layout mean?

It has 80 keys plus a knob in a US ANSI layout. The 75% form factor keeps many commonly used keys while taking up less desk space than a full-size keyboard.

Can I use it wirelessly or with a cable?

Yes. The keyboard supports Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz wireless, and a wired USB-C connection. You can choose the connection that best suits your setup.

What switches come installed, and how do they feel?

It comes with XVX Ice Pro linear switches. Linear switches move smoothly without a tactile bump, making them suitable for both typing and gaming.

Can I replace the switches myself?

Yes. The M75 Lumina supports hot-swapping, so compatible replacement switches can be changed without soldering. Check that replacement switches match the keyboard’s socket and pin requirements before installing them.

What does the knob control?

The knob can switch between controlling RGB lighting and adjusting volume, giving you quick access to either function without reaching for separate keyboard shortcuts.

Is the lighting visible through the keycaps?

The clear switches and distinctive keycap construction let the lighting show through for a vivid illuminated effect. The knob also provides a way to switch between RGB and volume control.

What are the keycaps made of?

The keycaps use a combination of PBT and PC, with legends made using double-shot injection molding. They have a Cherry profile, a popular sculpted shape designed for a familiar typing feel.

How long can I use it between charges?

It has an 8000 mAh battery, though actual runtime depends on factors such as wireless mode and lighting use. It charges through USB-C.

Which devices and operating systems are compatible?

It is listed as compatible with Windows, macOS, Android, Linux, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox. The available connection options may vary by device, so check that your device supports the connection mode you plan to use.

How much desk space does the keyboard need?

Its approximate dimensions are 325.55 × 138.55 mm, with a height of about 42.21 mm at the north side and 31 mm at the south side. Its compact layout leaves more room for a mouse than a full-size board.

Product Description

The XVX M75 Lumina Topographic Themed is a compact 75% board for users who want a distinctive themed look, wireless options, and switch-swapping flexibility. Its linear switches suit users who prefer a smooth keypress without a tactile bump, while the knob adds quick control over volume or lighting.

Typing and customization

Hot-swappable sockets let you change compatible switches without soldering, which is useful for tuning feel later. The leaf-spring gasket mount uses flexible support for some movement while typing. The plastic case keeps the board lighter than many metal-cased alternatives, but may feel less substantial. The keycaps combine PBT and PC, though their long-term wear and feel are not specified.

Connectivity and use

Use USB-C for a wired setup, Bluetooth for convenient device switching, or 2.4 GHz for a wireless connection to a computer or console. Actual wireless latency and battery runtime are unknown, so competitive players should check independent testing before relying on wireless performance. The knob switches between lighting and volume control, giving useful adjustments without reaching for software.

Trade-offs

This is a US ANSI layout, so it may not suit users who need another regional layout. Windows, macOS, Android, Linux, and several consoles are listed as compatible, but software support, remapping options, and compatibility details for individual devices are unknown. Choose it for its compact format and flexibility; consider another board if you prioritize a metal case, a different layout, or verified wireless performance.
