Key Features

• Hot-swappable PCB supports both 3-pin and 5-pin switches and knob modules, allowing quick switch replacement without soldering.
• Tri-mode connectivity offers USB Type-C wired, Bluetooth 5.1, and 2.4 GHz wireless options, enabling seamless switching between devices and setups.
• Skyloong O-Ring Mount Gasket reduces key impact noise by cushioning the contact between keys and keyboard base, improving typing acoustics.
• RGB backlighting with 256-level color management provides customizable lighting effects.

Build Quality and Design

• Case made from black transparent ABS plastic balances durability with a lightweight feel.
• Steel plate enhances structural rigidity and stabilizes keypresses.
• Soft silicone gasket mount adds acoustic dampening and a softer typing feel.
• Keycaps use a PBT top surface for durability and resistance to shine, combined with an ABS transparent bottom to enhance backlight visibility.
• GK7 profile keycaps are uniform and flat, making them easier to clean but less sculpted than Cherry or OEM profiles.

Typing Experience

• Pre-lubed Skyloong Glacier mechanical switches offer a smooth keystroke, though specific tactile or linear characteristics are unknown.
• O-Ring gasket mount reduces noise and key impact harshness, suitable for quieter environments.
• Pre-lubed stabilizers help minimize rattle on larger keys.

Connectivity

• Users can switch between wired USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.1, and 2.4 GHz wireless modes depending on preference and device compatibility.
• Wireless modes support multi-device pairing, enhancing workflow flexibility.
• Battery capacity is 4000mAh, but exact battery life is unknown.

Trade-offs

• GK7 keycap profile may feel less ergonomic for users accustomed to sculpted profiles.
• ABS material on the keycap bottom may be less durable than full PBT keycaps.
• Unknown firmware or keymapping customization options may limit advanced remapping needs.
• Weight of about 960g is moderate but may not suit users seeking ultra-light keyboards.
