Sensor & Tracking

Both mice use the PAW3395 optical sensor, providing accurate and smooth tracking suitable for gaming and office tasks. The sensor supports fast movement speeds and acceleration, ensuring precise cursor control. DPI ranges from 400 to 6400, with a visible RGB indicator showing the current setting. The Pro model supports a higher polling rate up to 4000Hz, which can reduce input lag for competitive gaming, while the basic model maxes out at 1000Hz.

Connectivity & Battery Life

The HPC01M offers three connection modes: wireless 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, and wired USB, giving flexibility for different devices. The HPC01M Pro supports dual-mode wireless 2.4GHz and wired USB only, focusing on faster wireless performance. Battery life is strong on both, with up to 40 hours on the HPC01M and up to 94 hours on the Pro, reducing the need for frequent charging during extended use.

Buttons & Customization

Both models have 8 buttons with silent clicks, suitable for quiet environments. The Pro model allows users to replace the left and right micro-motion switches with different brands using included tools, enabling personalized click feel or switch longevity. The scroll wheel uses smooth bearings for consistent scrolling. The logo cover is replaceable with two color options, allowing minor aesthetic customization.

Build & Ergonomics

Trade-offs
